1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 230mb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 230mb website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 230mb's services. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised version. 230mb recommends that all Players save or print a copy of these Terms for their records at the time of registration.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English language version of this document shall take precedence. 230mb operates as an online betting and gaming platform targeting players in Bangladesh, and these Terms are written with Bangladeshi players as the primary audience. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

230mb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file where practicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 230mb's services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 230mb operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. This requirement applies to all users regardless of the prevailing legal gambling age in any specific sub-jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of 230mb or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from 230mb or any related gaming platform for reasons of fraud, abuse, or terms violation.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on 230mb. If you have previously self-excluded, it is your responsibility not to attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period.

230mb employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe of being requested to do so will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawal requests held until verification is completed. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and will be forfeited. 230mb will refund original deposits made by verified underage players to the payment method used for the deposit, less any applicable transaction fees.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access 230mb's betting and gaming services, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one active account at any time. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including any documents submitted for KYC verification — is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information, including a fabricated date of birth, fictitious name, or another person's identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 230mb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 230mb support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

230mb is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳5,000, or at any point at our reasonable discretion. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (with photo)

Proof of address may also be required, which may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months and clearly showing your full name and residential address. 230mb reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.

3.4 Duplicate Accounts

Each player is entitled to one registered account only. If 230mb detects that a player has created multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using the same device, household, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. Any net winnings obtained across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. The oldest account may be reinstated at 230mb's sole discretion following player verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Banking

230mb processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All banking transactions are processed via 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

230mb currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and may be subject to change. The current list of available methods is always displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on 230mb is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 230mb does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned to the originating account and may trigger an account review.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed same-day for fully KYC-verified accounts submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 230mb account. 230mb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

230mb is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any related financial crime. All player transactions are monitored. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an account review, during which time withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. 230mb cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities in matters relating to financial crime.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

230mb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, as published in the Promotions section of the platform at the time the offer is active. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
• Maximum bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit placed using bonus funds may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless stated otherwise. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before activating a new one.
• Abuse: 230mb reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of free bet offers, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.

230mb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will have their existing bonus terms honoured unless the modification is required due to technical error correction or evidence of abuse.

6. Betting & Casino Game Rules

By using 230mb's sportsbook or casino services, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the games and betting markets you are participating in. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 230mb reserves the right to correct odds that have been published in error (manifest errors). In the event of a clearly erroneous price — for example, where the true odds of an event were significantly misquoted due to a technical fault — 230mb reserves the right to void the affected bets or recalculate settlements at the correct odds. This applies to all markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports covered by the sportsbook.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during live events. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Settled bets are final unless a palpable error in settlement is identified and reported within 72 hours of settlement.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on 230mb — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, table games, and virtual games — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. 230mb acts as a distributor of third-party game content and is not responsible for the individual game mechanics or rules of each title. Players are encouraged to read the game information panel within each game before wagering.

All games in the 230mb library use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are available within each game's information section.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical error, or platform outage during a game or bet, 230mb will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where a game round was incomplete at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the game server logs. 230mb is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 230mb, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 230mb platform:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including automated betting systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or arrangement with other players to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors in games or odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without their consent.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered or withdrawn, constituting fraudulent financial behaviour.
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting any content through the platform that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities. 230mb's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final in the first instance, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 230mb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any available balance must be withdrawn to a verified payment method registered in your name. 230mb will process voluntary closure requests within five business days. Note that any active bonuses in your account will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Closure by 230mb

230mb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request (see Responsible Gaming).
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.

Where an account is closed by 230mb for reasons other than fraud or terms violation, any genuine remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, less any applicable transaction fees. Where an account is closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms, 230mb reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and/or legal proceedings.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 230mb will attempt to contact dormant account holders via their registered email address before applying a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 per month. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected]. Dormant account balances that fall to zero will result in account closure; the account may be reopened upon request.

8.4 Disputes

If you believe that 230mb has incorrectly settled a bet, applied an incorrect bonus term, or taken an unjustified action against your account, you should contact the support team in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 230mb will acknowledge all formal complaints within two business days and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 calendar days.

8.5 Governing Law & Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law under the jurisdiction of 230mb's operating licence. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 230mb's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. 230mb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
